Coming down the home stretch

I'm headed into the finale of training for Bighorn 100.

Things have calmed down for me somewhat. I've been running and having a great time. The mud & rain has been an extra bonus!! I've had several adventures up in the gorge w/ torrential rain! It helps to be doing 6000+ ft. of Asc ~ to keep you warm.

The gorge ~ headed down from Devil's Rest to Angel's Rest

I've managed to get a grip on my heartrate while doing tons of climbing, which is exciting to see such a drastic change from 1 year ago. My resting heart rate is 48! Wow, pretty good if I don't say so myself. I do all of this training and it's cool to see some physical changes.

We are gearing up for our "family" trip to Wyoming ~ Gary & I, 3 kids in tow & a truck load of stuff! The kids are excited to hit the road and have some time away from home.

Know matter what happens it's going to be very memorable!!
