
Okay, the 1/2 marathon is Sunday and it is like a trial to see exactly what I can put out. There is not anymore time to jump things up or add to the major workout plan. It's now or nothing.
What will the weather do? What will I do?
Buck it up! & I'll Do My Best!
I've trained and I've put in the time and I've worked hard.
Now lets go have some fun. Run in the rain; hang out with friends; and run so fast and hard that I feel like I want to barf! Ouch, it doesn't sound too fun....but it "is" exciting none the less!
I'm shooting for an 1:44 on my 1/2 marathon. I'm hoping that my rear "glute" issues hold the course. It's only 13 miles.....right? What can happen in 13 miles???
All fun aside, I've had a great time running this Winter and I am "so" ready for the trail running season to begin soon, after Surf City Marathon - Huntington Beach, Ca. - Feb. 7th. Ronda & I have been having a great time!
