Monday, i headed out with Trisha for a great run. The weather was perfect and the company great. We ran 53rd to Maple, at the end of Maple Trisha headed down Leif & I headed up to Wildwood.
I turned on my ipod and stepped it up a bit and had a great 6 mile push "tempo". I love when you run the trails and you finish 3 hours later feeling exilerated instead of wiped out.

Sounds like you had a great run Cheri. I love running the trails and all the grander it brings. With all the technology our lives are surrounded and inundated with, the trails gets me reconnected with nature and it simplify my life for a few short hours. My daily runs are performed on roads, but on weekends I drive 40 min to get my shoes dirty. Thanks for visiting my blog and the encouraging words.
